Patterns, habits and cycles must change if you want to avoid suffering. Old ways must come to an end. It's your choice, but one that you must make now rather than later. This is a time when you need to concentrate on your own life and what you need in order to grow and move forward. Channel your energy on your needs rather than exhausting yourself making sure that everyone else has what they need with nothing left for yourself as a result. You may be exhausted. It's time to focus on recharging your own batteries and rebuilding your own energy level. It's okay to say no to others when saying yes would be unhealthy and at your expense. You may also need to recognise that just because it might have worked one way before doesn't mean it can or needs to work that way again. So stop exhausting yourself trying to do it the old way and open yourself up to new perspectives and new ways. Patience, constancy and perseverance are called for in order to see and deal with obstacles and challenges as tests on the "obstacle course" rather than simply giving up in the face of "bad luck."
